How do i cope without my baby?

im so sorry for your loss i cant begin to imagine how youre feeling as i dont think id cope in your situation either. its only been a week so there is no rush when you can stop grieiving, grieve as long as you need to she was your baby and its not something you can move on from easily. there is help and support for you as im sure your family and friends will also be supporting you, consider councelling in the near future to help you deal with the reason for her ping away and know not to blame yourself. it will be hard but you can pick yourself up again one day, it deosnt mean she will ever be forgotten its ok to move on eventually she will always be in your heart and one day you will meet again so i believe anyway. she is in heaven now use the memories of her to help you carry on, she has a lovely name and im sure she was a beautiful girl. i hope life gets better for you RIP to your little girl.
