Why do Republicans believe that Democrats want to ban gun ownership?

It's a "frenzy-whipping" lie told by Fox News, and believed by gullible people who don't even realize it's in the Constitution, and Obama couldn't take away all the guns even if he WANTED to without 2/3 of Congress and 3/4 of the States agreeing.
