Partisan aside, if McCain/Palin win, Abortion? (please read the whole question)?

if McCain and Palin get their way, and their is zero abortion ( and abortion are not allowed). then if a girl goes into Canada, do the border agents have the right to ask the girl if she is pregnant? does she have to answer? can she have no comment? should their be a penalty if she does not answer? should the border agents be allowed to detain her or arrest her? can the border agents refuse her to cross?
