What if a ball hits in fair territory and is touched in foul territory before the ball hits the ground in foul?
a ball is hit and its a high bouncer, if it hits in fair first the is bouncing toward foul but before it can hit in foul a fielder grabs it and throws the runner out, is the runner out or is it a foul ball?
