Chances of becoming pregnant? How do I know if i'm fertile or not after ultrasound?

Having PCOS just makes your cycles irregular and you may ovulate some months and not others. It does make it a little harder to become pregnant but you are none the less still fertile and can still get pregnant. I was diagnosed with it several weeks ago even though I still ovulate, my cycles are very unpredictable. I am awaiting my treatment from my specialist. If you were ovulating on those days then there is a chance. But the best thing for you to do if you do have PCOS is to keep track of your BBT so you can see if there is a normal cycle for when you ovulate during your cycle. Good luck!
