Can I get unemployment if I quit my job after 15 years .?

I filed a workers comp claim, doctor at the hospital told me not to work for a few days and i was written up for missing 2 days when I didn't have any personal days left. They also said I couldn't use my vacation days to keep my full time status so I would of lost my health insurance and demoted to part time status. I felt as if I was being hared, and retaliated against.
