Help i had an extrememly scary and akward dream. What does it mean?

Our subconscious plays out our real emotions in our dreams. In your case it is the emotion of fear of strangers rather they are on the internet or otherwise. It's a good emotion too. We should be wary of those that we don't know and be cautious of making friends with strangers.
