Burning podcasts onto a CD?

i wanted to send a friend some episodes of teh ask a ninja podcast. so i put them all in a playlist and clicked "burn". it didnt even get through the first podcast and it stated that an "uknown error" had occured and promptly quit burning the cd. is it impossoble to burn podcasts or am i doing something wrong?
