UPS Driver just REFUSED to deliver a package to my front door. Standing 10feet away from me. Who to complain t?

That was extremely rude and you should file a formal complaint. I have had many bad experiences with UPS drivers that don't want to do their job. Don't waste your time with the 800 number. Here is what I usually do when I want to make a complaint or even give a compliment because some companies do provide exemplary service. Any way, go to www.planetfeedback.com and register on the site. On this site, you can send in formal complaints and compliments for any company. The best part about it, other people will see your complaint! It is very simple. You will write your letter right on the site and they will send it on your behalf and sometimes, the company you made the complaint about, will respond to it! I have sent in numerous complaints regarding my post office and they respond all the time. I hope this helps and good luck.
