Instant Ban from Rakion before making character?

After making an account on Rakion I sign into the game. Before I even get to make a character, I get banned! I've tried re-installing it, running it as admin (Vista), and running it in compatibility mode with no success. The reason for the ban is hack detection, but rakion is the only thing running and I'm free from viruses after 4 virus scans from different programs. Does anyone know the cause of this and how it can be resolved?
