I got hit in the eye with a ball?!?!?

and i have a blind spot in the bottom corner of my eye...but i dont think this is all the time....mainly when i travel into a more dim or dark room....What is this called and what can be done to fix this? plz help becuase my eye doctor doest open on the weekends and so i wud have to wait till monday!
