Do you think i should keep riding the same horse or not?

Stick it out, you and bagel will eventually learn each other and some day you will look back on that training and realize that bagel was a stepping stone to other horses. Each horse has something new to teach us. Trust me the first horse I learned how to ride his name was Manny and you had to whip him too, but that is good for beginners because I would not put a beginner on my horse. Hes way to forward spooky and quirky! But I love him and we are a good team but it took horses like Manny to teach me to first learn my position and balance. Now 13 years later I can ride the hot horses.
