Do casio Exilim chargers differ from one model to the other?

I am looking for just a charger for my Casio Exilim Ex-Z80 (battery Np-60) Ebay for some reason does not have this older model. they have tons of chargers for the Z-70 or 60 or NP-40 or 70.. Does anyone know if these would work on my camera? Thanks :)
